Meeting Minutes - November 15, 2005

  2. Membership Contributions:
    a. Contributions of $5 per household appreciated not required.

  3. Pastor Perling Update
    a. Meeting room to be cleaned
  4. Byram Shubert Library
    a. Tree Lighting in December
    b. BSL needs a place to store books for the next book sale. See Lisa Johnson if you can help with this.
    c. From Jane Marsh the expansion of the library has passed though the ton.
  5. Greenwich Police Department
    a. No Update
  6. Save Our Shores
    a. Erosion along the Byram River
    b. Meeting in November in regards to the Byram River
    c. Enhancement plan is also working on cleaning up the river
  7. Enhancement Committee:
    a. Workshop held in late October
    b. Committee members had expected a little more than what the planners had spoken about.
    c. Need to push the issues of the Enhancement Plan
  8. Fields Committee:
    a. Had not yet met
    b. Committee headed by Bill Robbins (bothrobbins@msn.com)
  9. Prioritizations:
    a. Need to focus on a few items first.
    b. Byram Road from Frontage to Richland, safety of the kids needs to be addressed.
